As all of our products are individually handmade, Botanical Art by Diane does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. Please note that if you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will incur all shipping and return shipping costs.
Botanical Art is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. You would need to contact the shipper directly in this case.
